01:04 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) said Tuesday it has signed a five-year contract with the State of Maryland for the company's digital government solutions after a competitive procurement process.

The contract, which is extendable for five additional years at the state's discretion, features a cloud-hosted infrastructure and includes delivering on Maryland's goals of secure, scalable, platform solutions, the company said.

Shares of Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) were down more than 5% in recent trading.
