Four analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.10.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $1.39 billion from $1.38 billion a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.66 billion.

The company expects 2025 EPS at the top end of the guidance range of $3 to $3.15. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.16.

UGI shares fell 2.5% in after-hours trading.
