04:53 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- U-Haul Holding ( UHAL ) said late Thursday it launched a $500 million private placement of four tranches of fixed-rate senior unsecured notes.

Three tranches total $100 million each, while the fourth tranche amounts to $200 million.

The company's shares were down 3% in after-hours activity.
