UK's Wood Group discloses FCA investigation

June 27 (Reuters) - Wood Group said on Friday

that Britain's Financial Conduct Authority was investigating its

operations between January 1, 2023, and November 7, 2024,

following the firm's announcement last year of a review of some

contracts.

The oilfield services provider said it would "cooperate

fully" with the watchdog.
