09:38 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) said Wednesday that it has appointed Chris Lialios as its interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Lialios, who was most recently Ulta's controller, succeeds Paula Oyibo, who has left Ulta, the company said.

Ulta said it is working with an external search firm to find a permanent successor.

Ulta said it's reiterating its outlook for fiscal 2025 provided on May 29, including guidance that comparable store sales growth will be from 0% to 1.5%, and diluted EPS between $22.65 and $23.20. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $23.42.

The company's shares were down more than 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
