Ulta Beauty's Jodi Caro to Step Down In Spring

06:18 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) said Friday that Jodi Caro, general counsel, chief risk and compliance officer, and corporate secretary of the company, plans to retire in the coming months.

A new executive is set to join in April to begin the transition, the company said.

E-mails sent to Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea Ltd did not elicit a response.
