09:45 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UMB Financial ( UMBF ) said Tuesday it closed the acquisition of over 8,000 health savings accounts with about $32.5 million in deposits from Old National Bank.

The accounts, part of UMB Financial's ( UMBF ) acquisition of Bremer Bank, add to UMB's healthcare services division, the company said.

UMB Financial ( UMBF ) said the deal is expected to expand its customer base and support its broader portfolio of healthcare benefit accounts.
