Uni-Fuels Closes $8.4 Million IPO; Shares Higher

11:36 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uni-Fuels Holdings ( UFG ) said Wednesday it has closed its underwritten initial public offering of 2.1 million shares at $4 per share for gross proceeds of $8.4 million.

Underwriters were given a 45-day option to buy up to 315,000 additional shares, Uni-Fuels ( UFG ) said.

Uni-Fuels ( UFG ) shares were 12% higher in recent trading.

Price: 4.48, Change: +0.48, Percent Change: +12.00
