United Rentals Unit Offering Senior Notes Due 2034

09:57 AM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- United Rentals ( URI ) said Thursday its United Rentals ( URI ) (North America) unit is offering $1.1 billion senior notes due 2034 in a private offering.

The total net proceeds from the offering are expected to be roughly $1.09 billion, the company added.

United Rentals ( URI ) (North America) intends to utilize the net proceeds to partially fund the acquisition of Yak Access, the equipment rental company said.

Price: 682.27, Change: +5.46, Percent Change: +0.81
