08:43 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United States Antimony ( UAMY ) said Tuesday it will be officially listed on the NYSE Texas Exchange, effective immediately.

The company said it will maintain its primary listing on the NYSE American Stock Exchange and trade with the same "UAMY" ticker symbol on NYSE Texas.

The company, which moved its headquarters to Dallas earlier this year, said the dual listing brings it closer to stakeholders and its investor base, simplifies its regulatory obligations, brings geopolitical advantages, boosts its visibility, and will possibly increase liquidity and trading volume.
