UnitedHealth Urges Shareholders to Reject 'Mini-Tender' Offer by Tutanota

04:19 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UnitedHealth ( UNH ) said Monday it is asking shareholders to reject an unsolicited "mini-tender" offer by Tutanota to buy up to 175,000 shares of UnitedHealth's ( UNH ) common stock, representing "significantly less" than 1% of the company's common stock.

UnitedHealth ( UNH ) said the offer is at a price below a conditional market price for UnitedHealth's ( UNH ) shares and is also subject to "numerous additional conditions."
