11:04 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group ( UNIT ) said Monday that its subsidiaries have launched a $600 million offering via the sale of senior notes due in 2032.

The subsidiaries plan to use net proceeds to partially redeem $500 million of their existing 10.5% senior notes due in 2028, including associated fees and costs. The redemption is scheduled for June 24 and will be priced according to the terms of the 2028 notes, the company said.

The redemption depends on Uniti successfully raising at least $550 million through new debt financing. Any remaining net proceeds from the new offering will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Shares of Uniti Group ( UNIT ) were down 3.2% in recent trading activity.
