Uniti Units Launch $250 Million Fiber Securitization Notes Offering

10:24 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group ( UNIT ) said Monday its subsidiaries, Uniti Fiber ABS Issuer and Uniti Fiber TRS Issuer, have launched a $250 million offering of secured fiber network revenue term notes.

The notes, with expected repayment date in January 2031, will be secured by some fiber network assets and customer contracts in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina, the company said.

Uniti said it plans to user the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include success-based capital expenditures and/or repayment of outstanding debt.

In connection with the offering, the issuers expect to enter into a commitment for a $75 million variable funding note facility with a delayed draw feature, Uniti said.
