Universal Electronics CEO Paul Arling to Retire

07:15 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Electronics ( UEIC ) said Friday that Chief Executive Officer Paul Arling will retire on April 30.

The company said Arling will continue to serve as a consultant until June 30 and remain on the board until his term ends at the 2025 annual shareholder meeting.

Universal Electronics ( UEIC ) said it is conducting an executive search and interviewing internal and external candidates for Arling's successor.
