10:48 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said Monday it has signed a binding agreement to buy Aloft Technologies in a deal almost all in stock that is valued at $14.5 million.

The deal is expected to close "in the coming months," Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said.

Aloft provides drone airspace and fleet management tools in the US, the company said.
