Update: Blackbaud Shares Decline After 2025 Guidance Trails Estimates

Blackbaud ( BLKB ) shares fell 11% in recent Tuesday trading after 2025 guidance trailed estimates by analysts.

The company expects full-year non-GAAP earnings of $4.16 to $4.35 a share on revenue of $1.12 billion to $1.13 billion. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet projected EPS of $4.53 on revenue of $1.22 billion.

On Tuesday, the company reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings of $1.08 a share, down from $1.14 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.06.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $302.2 million from $295 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $303.7 million.
