The company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.45 per diluted share, down from $1.20 a year earlier, missing the consensus among analysts polled by FactSet for $0.66.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 28 was $1.26 billion, compared with $1.43 billion a year earlier. The Street was expecting $1.26 billion.
