Update: Eli Lilly Shares Fall After Downbeat Q4 Revenue Guidance

Eli Lilly ( LLY ) shares fell 7.4% in recent Tuesday trading after the company said its Q4 revenue is unlikely to meet the low-end of its guidance.

The company said it expects to report Q4 sales of about $13.5 billion, $400 million below the low-end of its recently issued outlook.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $13.93 billion.

The company plans to report its Q4 earnings and 2025 guidance on Feb. 6.

The company said 2024 revenue is expected to be about $45 billion, $4 billion above the midpoint of the company's first-time 2024 outlook.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $45.47 billion.

Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said 2025 revenue is expected to be between $58 billion and $61 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $58.44 billion.
