Jun 30, 2025 2:47 PM

05:15 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates throughout with company statement.)

FedEx ( FDX ) said Monday it has resumed services in Israel.

"FedEx ( FDX ) resumed operations in Israel on June 27th and will continue to closely monitor the situation and adjust our operations accordingly," a FedEx ( FDX ) spokesperson told MT Newswires, confirming an earlier Reuters report.

Reuters reported Monday that FedEx ( FDX ) imposed a surcharge on some routes to cover higher operational costs. The company will include a demand surcharge on all FedEx ( FDX ) and TNT shipments to and from Israel for India, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa, the report said.

FedEx ( FDX ) previously halted its services due to heightened flight safety risks in the Middle East caused by the conflict between Israel and Iran, Reuters reported.
