Mar 20, 2026 1:55 AM

04:40 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with additional details in the fifth and sixth paragraphs and the stock movement in the seventh paragraph.)

Gemini Space Station ( GEMI ) reported a Q4 loss late Thursday of $1.22 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $5.49 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $1.04.

Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 was $60.3 million, up from $43.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $50 million.

Additionally, Gemini said it has eliminated roughly 30% of its workforce since the start of 2026 as a result of artificial intelligence adoption, adding that it has also exited the UK, European Union, and Australian markets.

The restructuring strategy is expected to "meaningfully reduce" the company's quarterly operating costs in 2026, Gemini said.

Shares of the company were up over 6% in premarket activity Friday.
