Update: Group Eleven Resources Gains 7.8% As Details Latest Drill Results From Ballywire Project
Apr 4, 2024 9:06 AM

12:00 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Group Eleven Resources ( GRLVF ) reported Thursday the results from the first four holes of its 2024 drill program at the Ballywire zinc-lead-silver project in the Republic of Ireland.

Highlights include 4.6 meters of 5.2% zinc + lead and 15 g/t silver, including 1.9 meters of 6.9% zinc+lead and 22 g/t silver.

The company said the results suggest the strength of the system is increasing to the north of the C2 and C3 anomalies.

Group Eleven said it continues drilling at the project with two rigs.

"With a 2.6 kilometer-long footprint, a 6 kilometer-long prospective trend and some of the highest silver values ever attained in Ireland, Ballywire is increasingly showing signs of a major zinc-lead-silver discovery," CEO Bart Jaworski said.

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.018 to C$0.242 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
