Schneider Electric and Cadence Design Systems have expressed an interest in buying Bentley Systems ( BSY ) , Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Bentley Systems ( BSY ), which has a market cap of about $15 billion, is exploring the options which could result in a change of ownership in the business.

Bentley Systems ( BSY ), Schneider Electric and Cadence did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
