Citigroup (C) and Wells Fargo (WFC) are among the underwriters for ticket seller SeatGeek's planned initial public offering, expected later this year, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Morgan Stanley is leading the IPO, targeting a valuation above $1.35 billion, the report said.

The IPO plans are not finalized and may still change, the people told Bloomberg.

SeatGeek and Citi declined to comment, while Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
