Shell (SHEL) and Saudi Aramco, which are competing to buy the assets of Temasek-owned Pavilion Energy, are in final talks over price negotiations, Reuters reported Friday, citing three unnamed people familiar with the matter.
The asset sale may fetch more than $2 billion, the report said, citing two of the sources.
Shell, Pavilion Energy and Temasek declined to comment, while Aramco did not respond, Reuters said.
