11:22 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Pacific Metals ( NEWP ) late Wednesday said it has filed a prospectus supplement for the distribution of 9.9 million common shares priced at $3.55 per share and up to 1.5 million common shares at the offering price upon exercise of an over-allotment option.

The bought deal public offering is expected to close Oct. 21, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval and other regulatory approvals.

The company's share price at last look Thursday rose 6% to $4.06 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
