11:44 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- O3 Mining Inc. ( OIIIF ) said overnight Tuesday that it sold its 11.6% stake in NewOrigin Gold Corp. ( TROIF ) for $74,910.

The sale comprised 6,600,000 NewOrigin shares at $0.01135 apiece.

O3 noted that it may acquire securities in NewOrigin from time to time depending on market conditions and other factors.

O3 said it has filed a closeout early warning report regarding the share disposal.

O3 at last look gained 2.9% in early Wednesday trading.
