Perseus Mining ( PMNXF ) late on Tuesday said it expects to produce 2.6-million to 2.7-million ounces of gold in the five-year period to the end of fiscal year 2030.
The company expects average gold production from its four operating mines in Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire and Tanzania of approximately 515,000 to 535,000 ounces per year through the period.
The all-in sustaining cost over the period is forecast to be between US$1,400 per ounce to US$1,500 per ounce with not more than 10% change year on year. Total development capital of US$878 million, which is excluded from the AISC estimate, has been allocated to the operating assets during the period.
At a long-term gold price of US$2,400 per ounce, Perseus' cash operating margin is expected to exceed US$500 per ounce at all mines over the period.
Perseus' share price at last look on Wednesday fell $0.17 to $3.25 on the TSX.
