Update: Take-Two Interactive Software Fiscal Q4 Loss Widens, Revenue Falls; Issues Guidance

Take-Two Interactive Software ( TTWO ) reported a fiscal Q4 loss late Thursday of $17.02 per diluted share, wider than the loss of $3.62 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.40 billion, down from $1.45 billion a year earlier.

The company said it expects a fiscal Q1 loss of $1.58 to $1.43 per share on revenue of $1.30 billion to $1.35 billion.

Take-Two expects a fiscal year 2025 loss of $3.90 to $3.50 per share on revenue of $5.57 billion to $5.67 billion.

Shares of the company fell almost 3% in Friday pre-market trading.

Take-Two has set the release date for Grand Theft Auto VI in the fall of calendar 2025.
