Tesla (TSLA) will deliver the first self-driving Model Y vehicle in June from "factory to customer" as it has been testing it in Austin, Texas, with "no incidents" for the past "several" days, Tesla Chief Executive Elon Musk said in an X post Thursday.
The EVs manufacturer is planning to roll out its robotaxi service in Austin on June 12, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a source close to the matter.
The launch date was discussed internally and could still change, the report added, citing the source.
