Meta Platforms ( META ) Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said Monday the company is building "several" multi-gigawatt clusters.

"We're calling the first one Prometheus and it's coming online in [2026]," Zuckerberg said on Threads. The social media giant is also building Hyperion, which will have the potential to scale up to 5GW over "several" years, he wrote.

"We're building multiple more titan clusters as well," Zuckerberg said. One of the clusters covers "a significant part" of the Manhattan footprint, according to the post.

"We're also going to invest hundreds of billions of dollars into compute to build superintelligence," Zuckerberg said. "We have the capital from our business to do this."
