UPS Appoints Aptiv CEO Kevin Clark to Board

10:08 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UPS (UPS) said Monday it appointed Aptiv ( APTV ) Chief Executive Kevin Clark to its board, effective immediately.

The company also said Clark is expected to join its board's audit committee following this year's annual meeting of shareholders.

Shares were up 1.5% in recent trading.
