07:46 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Uranium Energy ( UEC ) said Monday that it began operating three additional header houses at its Christensen Ranch in-situ recovery uranium mining operation in Wyoming after receiving state regulatory approval.
One more header house awaits approval and three others are under construction in nearby wellfields, the company said.
In South Texas, the Burke Hollow mine is prepared for startup pending final clearance from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the company said.
Uranium Energy ( UEC ) also said its subsidiary, United States Uranium Refining & Conversion, has received a docket number from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission for a planned uranium conversion facility, marking a key step toward licensing.
Shares of Uranium Energy ( UEC ) were 2.3% higher in premarket trading.
