U.S. Physical Therapy Acquires 75% Stake in Hand and Physical Therapy Practice

08:16 AM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said Monday it has acquired a 75% interest in an eight-clinic hand and physical therapy practice in Wyoming.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The current owners maintain a 25% stake in the practice, U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said.
