June 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department approved on
Friday the potential sale of joint air-to-surface standoff
missiles and equipment to Denmark for $842 million, and
separately, a $160 million sale to Britain of infrared
countermeasures designed to protect large aircraft, according to
separate statements.
Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) is the principal contractor for the
Denmark sale and Boeing ( BA ) for the British sale.
