WASHINGTON, Dec 17 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department

has approved the potential sale of precision guidance kits fuzes

to Norway for an estimated cost of $130 million, the Pentagon

said on Tuesday.

The principal contractor is Northrop Grumman ( NOC ), the
