07:42 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- USA Compression Partners ( USAC ) said Monday it plans to offer, together with its USA Compression Finance unit, $750 million of senior unsecured notes due 2033 in a private placement to eligible buyers.

The company said it will use the net proceeds, along with borrowings under its credit agreement, to redeem all of its 6.875% senior notes due 2027 and cover related fees and expenses.

Pending the redemption of senior notes due 2027, USA Compression ( USAC ) said it may temporarily use net proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its credit agreement.
