USA Rare Earth Appoints Barbara Humpton as Chief Executive

06:27 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) said Monday it has named Barbara Humpton as chief executive, effective Wednesday, replacing Josh Ballard.

Humpton most recently served as CEO and president of Siemens USA.

USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) said Ballard will remain with the company in a consulting capacity until Oct. 31.
