USA Rare Earth, Compass Diversified Partner to Sell and Distribute Each Other's Products

08:01 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) said Monday that it has reached an agreement with Compass Diversified's ( CODI ) Arnold Magnetic Technologies unit to sell and distribute each other's products.

USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) said it will offer Arnold's finished permanent magnets made from samarium-cobalt and neodymium-iron-boron, while Arnold will offer USA Rare Earth's ( USAR ) processed and refined NdFeB feedstock and finished magnets.

Each company will bear responsibility for quality, warranties, and any liabilities for the products it manufactures.

USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) shares were up 2.1% in premarket activity, while Compass Diversified ( CODI ) rose over 13%.
