03:23 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Utz Brands ( UTZ ) said late Monday it has agreed to acquire certain distribution rights in South Florida from existing distributor National Food Corp.

The deal includes around 65 delivery routes covering Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Naples and Fort Myers, and follows the acquisition of 21 delivery routes in Central Florida from National Food, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
