08:21 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UWM Holdings ( UWMC ) said Tuesday its UWM Holdings LLC unit has launched a private offering worth $600 million of senior notes due 2031.

The notes will be backed on a senior unsecured basis by UWM Holdings' ( UWMC ) United Wholesale Mortgage unit, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offering, alongside other borrowings from UWM Holdings' ( UWMC ) MSR Facilities, will be used to repay the 5.5% senior notes maturing in November, it added.
