Uxin Enters Agreement for $27.9 Million Investment From Fame Dragon Global

07:39 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uxin ( UXIN ) said Wednesday it entered into agreements with Fame Dragon Global, an investment vehicle of NIO Capital, to purchase 5.74 billion Class A shares for a total consideration of $27.9 million.

The company said the agreements follow Fame Dragon Global's acquisition of NC Fund's rights and obligations under a previously announced binding term sheet from last March.
