Vaalco Energy Enters Rig Contract With Borr Drilling Affiliate

03:09 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vaalco Energy ( EGY ) said Wednesday it entered a rig contract with a Borr Drilling ( BORR ) affiliate to drill multiple development wells and appraisal/exploration wells for Vaalco's 2025/2026 drilling program.

The contract includes options to drill additional wells, the company said.

The program is expected to begin in mid-2025 in Gabon.
