01:11 PM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vail Resorts ( MTN ) said Wednesday it plans to start a private offering of $600 million of senior notes due in 2032.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the redemption of all $600 million of 6.250% senior notes due 2025, the firm said.

Shares of Vail Resorts ( MTN ) fell nearly 2% in recent trading activity.
