09:01 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Valley National Bancorp ( VLY ) said Monday it has named Travis Lan as chief financial officer, a position he has held on an interim basis.

The company also appointed Gino Martocci as president of Commercial Banking. He succeeds Joe Chillura, who is leaving the company effective June 30.

Martocci previously served as head of commercial and commercial real estate banking for M&T Bank.
