Valmont Industries Names Thomas Liguori CFO

08:44 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Valmont Industries ( VMI ) said Thursday it has named Thomas Liguori chief financial officer.

Liguori previously served as Fortna's CFO, Valmont said.

Interim CFO and Acting Chief Accounting Officer Timothy Francis will remain with the company as accounting chief, Valmont added.
