10:42 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GameSquare ( GAME ) and its Frankly Media unit sold Frankly's non-core assets for $2.2 million which will be paid over three years, GameSquare ( GAME ) said Monday.

Frankly's content management software and public relations distribution business were acquired by Immergo and XPR, respectively, according to GameSquare ( GAME ).

The transactions will remove about $2.3 million in annual operating expenses related to these businesses, GameSquare ( GAME ) added.
