05:10 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Valneva (VALN) said Thursday it signed an exclusive three-year agreement with CSL Seqirus to market and distribute its three vaccines in Germany.

CSL will begin commercializing Valneva's single-dose chikungunya vaccine Ixchiq from next month and its Japanese Encephalitis vaccine Ixiaro and cholera/ETEC vaccine Dukoral from January.

Valneva said the deal replaces its marketing and distribution agreement with Bavarian Nordic that's due to conclude at the end of this year.
