05:43 PM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) reported Q3 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.10 per diluted share, up from $0.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $148.1 million, up from $122.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $141.5 million.

For Q4, the company expects non-GAAP net income of $0.13 to $0.14 per diluted share on revenue of $162 million to $167 million. Analysts expect normalized EPS of $0.14 and revenue of $163.6 million.

For full-year 2024, Varonis ( VRNS ) said it now expects non-GAAP net income of $0.26 to $0.27 per diluted share on revenue of $554.4 million to $559.4 million. It previously expected non-GAAP earnings of $0.22 to $0.24, and revenue of $544 million to $552 million. Analysts expect normalized EPS of $0.24 and revenue of $549.4 million.

Shares of Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) were down more than 4% in after-hours activity.
