VCI Global Limited ( VCIG ) shares are trading higher Monday. The company secured three major contracts worth $33 million to implement advanced AI infrastructure solutions.

The projects will boost clients’ computing power, facilitating the efficient handling and processing of AI model distillation with a total capacity of 6 trillion parameter distillation.

The three projects are set to be completed within the next 12 months.

VCI Global ( VCIG ) is currently sourcing essential hardware while enhancing its proprietary software and AI agents to ensure seamless integration with each client’s systems, optimizing efficiency and performance.

The deployment will feature a fully integrated AI infrastructure, incorporating state-of-the-art hardware, advanced software, AI model tuning, security upgrades, and continuous support.

AI-optimized servers powered by Intel processors and NVIDIA GPUs will deliver high-performance computing to efficiently handle complex AI workloads.

Beyond hardware, VCI Global’s intelligent software solutions will optimize resource management, enhance virtualization, and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems. AI model tuning and GPU optimization will boost training speed, improve inference performance, and enhance cost efficiency, enabling smooth AI scalability.

Dato’ Victor Hoo, group executive chair and chief executive, said, “The increasing demand for AI-powered solutions requires robust and scalable infrastructure. VCI Global ( VCIG ) remains at the forefront of AI technology, empowering organizations with the tools and infrastructure needed to unlock AI’s full potential.”

Last week, VCI Global ( VCIG ) inked a deal to acquire Datanex Asia Sdn Bhd for around $1.8 million to expand into AI-driven automotive financing and blockchain-powered digital lending significantly.

Price Action: VCIG shares are up 3% at $0.7513 at the last check Monday.
