01:51 PM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Global ( VG ) said its Venture Global Plaquemines LNG unit completed a $4 billion senior secured notes offering across two series.

The company issued $2 billion in 6.5% senior secured notes due 2034 and $2 billion in 6.75% notes due 2036.

Proceeds will be used in part to repay existing first-lien credit facilities, the company said Thursday in a statement.
